Company Policies
SHIPPING: Customers are required to pay for the shipping of all products, unless otherwise indicated through a promotion. A third party shipping company is responsible in the event that an error occurs during the shipping process. Sweet & Sudsy Soap will work to rectify any problem to the best of our capabilities. Please allow for 2 - 5 days for any product to leave our facilities prior to shipping.

RETURNS: Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept the return of a product that has never been opened. In order to receive a refund, a request for a return must be received within 30 days from when the order was placed. Please use the Contact Us form in order to initiate a return. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
